Tronoh Gets Rm308m Job

Tronoh Consolidated Malaysia Berhad has been awarded RM308.14 million contract for the construction of the Sidra Tower office and service apartments at the Dubai Internet city in the United Arab Emirates.

In a statement on Dec 8, Tronoh said its wholly owned subsidiary Zelan Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd had received a letter of acceptance on Dec 7 for the project.

It said the project was to be completed within two years, and is expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial year ending Jan 31, 2008 onwards.
