Puan Shareena Binti Shahril

Puan Shareena binti Shahril holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA and was called to the Bar in December 2007. With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, she has developed extensive expertise in litigation, corporate law, employment law, construction and commercial contract, and legal risk management.
She began her legal career in 2007 and gained comprehensive experience at several law firms before joining UEM Builders Berhad in 2013. In 2017, she founded her own legal firm, broadening her scope of expertise and client base.
On 1 October 2023, Puan Shareena was appointed as Legal Manager at Zelan Berhad. In recognition of her leadership and strategic capabilities, she assumed the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer from 21 November 2024 until 15 July 2025. Following appointment of Chief Executive Officer on 16 July 2025, she subsequently assumes the role of General Manager, Corporate Services, where she oversees the legal, operational and corporate secretarial functions of the Group.
