Project Overview
Zelan Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd, has successfully won their 2nd project on Building construction at Dubai UAE, where they were awarded as Main Contractor 45-storey Sidra Tower (now known as Fraser Suites Dubai) in Dubai Technology, Electronics, Commerce and Media Zone Authority (TECOM), United Arab of Emirates.
The tower, owned by HE Ali Bin Khalfan Muttawa Al Dhahry, it will be a mixed use development out of which 21 floors will offer serviced apartments and the remainder being offices and retail space.

Zelan’s scope of work to complete substructure and Superstructure, Earthworks, Architectural works, Thermal and Moisture Protections, Mechanical & electrical works, Internal and External Finishes and External Work for Civil construction.
