The Group has completed Hampshire Residences in Kuala Lumpur, a 2-blocks, 388-units luxurious high end condominium project based on the lifestyle living concept, located in the green enclave of Persiaran Hampshire, in Kuala Lumpur City Centre with a gross development value of approximately RM400 million.
The Group had previously completed the Riviera Courtyard Homes in Perling, Johor Bahru which consists of 150 units of 3-storey strata-title townhouses in a gated and guarded community with full recreational facilities. This project has contributed to the development plans for the South Johor economic region. With the above track records, the Group’s Property & Development Unit is well positioned to undertake future property and development projects when the opportunities arise.
